2024 Seasonal Water Service Shut off

The seasonal water service shut off deadline is approaching for specific properties in the Grandview Beach, Paradise Point and Robins Point areas. The deadline for seasonal water service shut off is November 8, 2024.

Please note that this applies to specific grandfathered properties that have seasonal quality plumbing on private property. These properties pay the same full water rates as all other water users.

Residents wishing to have their water shut off prior to November 8, 2024 to avoid the risk of freezing, may do so by calling the Operational Services Assistant during regular business hours Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 705-534-7248 x230. All remaining seasonal water services will be shut off on or soon after November 8, 2024.

A reminder that owners should purge their private service connection with air in a manner which dispenses all water from the pipe(s) prior to the shut off date.
