2025 Year in Review: Tay Township Reflects on a Year of Progress, Partnership and Community Pride
Tay Township is proud to release the 2025 Digital Year in Review, highlighting another year of meaningful progress, collaborative achievements, and strong community engagement.
The 2025 Year in Review highlights Tay Township’s commitment to delivering quality services, investing in infrastructure, and supporting residents of all ages. From road upgrades and watermain replacements to community events and recreation programs, the review offers a clear snapshot of how Council’s strategic goals are being put into action.
Some of the project and initiatives that were completed in 2025 include:
- Completion of the Rosemount Road Bridge 4 Replacement and Fifth Avenue/Hayes Street Sanitary and Water Works Project
- Providing Day Camp to 600 Campers
- Granting $23,976 to 17 community groups/organizations
- Responding to 345 Emergency Calls
- Issuing 258 Building Permits
- Introducing Online Dog Tag Licensing
- Hosting the third annual Local Government Day for Grade 5 students
- Raising $62,000 at the Mayor’s Charity Golf Tournament
- Offering 205 Programs through the Tay Township Public Library
