Committee of Adjustment Notice of Meeting File No. 2023-A-24: 424 Robins Point Road
This is a matter of an application made pursuant to Section 45 of the Planning Act to the Committee of Adjustment submitted by Mike Dupuis on behalf of Pietro & Alba Mannone, owner of 424 Robins Point Road, legally described as Plan 1056, Lot 5, Township of Tay.
The applicant is requesting permission for an enlargement to a non-conforming use. The applicant would like to construct an addition of 55.9 m2 (601.70 ft2) with a new covered porch of 8.9 m2 (95.80 ft2) onto the existing dwelling unit. The existing dwelling is a non-complying use as the dwelling does not comply with the minimum setback requirement of 15.0 metres from the 178 metres G.S.C. elevation.

The Committee of Adjustment will consider this application on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at 6:00 p.m.
Take Notice that any person may make a submission in support of or in opposition to the proposed Minor Variance application. Written submissions require full name and address for the public record and can be sent to the Committee of Adjustment Secretary-Treasurer at planning@tay.ca, or by mail at Township of Tay 450 Park Street, PO Box 100 Victoria Harbour, ON L0K 2A0, facsimile 705-534-4493. The Secretary-Treasurer will speak to the comments received as part of the presentation to Committee.
