NOTICE OF MEETING
FILE NO. 2024-A-06
This is a matter of an application made pursuant to Section 45 of the Planning Act to the Committee of Adjustment submitted by Tim and Angela Grenier, owners of 520 Oleary Lane, legally described as Plan 1340, Lot 11, Township of Tay.
The applicant is requesting permission for an enlargement to a non-complying structure. The applicant would like to construct an addition of 100.63 m2 (1083.17 ft2) on to the existing dwelling. The existing dwelling is a non-complying use as the dwelling does not comply with the minimum setback requirement of 15.0 metres from the 178.0 metres G.S.C. elevation. The applicant is also requesting relief to permit the construction of a sunroom with an interior side yard setback of 0.36 metres, whereas 1.2 metres is required.

The Committee of Adjustment will consider this application on Wednesday, May 15th, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.
Take Notice that any person may make a submission in support of or in opposition to the proposed Minor Variance application. The Secretary-Treasurer will speak to the comments received as part of the presentation to Committee. The Committee of Adjustment will be meeting remotely via Zoom video and telephone conference.
