The Information Technology (IT) Technician is an integral part of our collaborative Modernization and Corporate Initiatives Team!

Reporting to the Manager of Technology Services or their designate, the IT Technician acts as the 1st level of technology support for users in all departments, including the Tay Township Public Library. They are responsible for maintenance of end-user computing devices including, but not limited to, desktops, laptops, tablets, thin clients, printers and cell phones.
