THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF TAY
NOTICE OF PROPOSED LAND SALE
TAKE NOTICE that The Corporation of the Township of Tay proposes to pass a By-law to sell two parcels of land in the area of 3053 Triple Bay Road, Port McNicoll, in the Township of Tay, County of Simcoe, more particularly described as:
CON 5, PLAN 569, Lots 111 & 112
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the subject property was declared surplus to the needs of the Township by the Council of the Township of Tay at their regular meeting of July 24, 2024.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the Corporation of the Township of Tay proposes by the aforesaid By-law to authorize the potential sale and conveyance of the land in accordance with the provisions of its Land Sale Policy.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the proposed By-law will come before the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Tay at its regular meeting to be held in-person on the 28th day of August, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. At that time Council will hear in person or by his/her solicitor or agent, any person who claims that his/her land will be prejudicially affected by the By-law and who has applied to be heard. Comments should be forwarded by email to Katelyn Johns, Municipal Clerk kjohns@tay.ca by Friday, August 23, 2024.
