NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS
SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
Please take notice that the Corporation of the Township of Tay will hold a Special Council meeting pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001 on
April 15, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.
to update Council on the Victoria Harbour Wastewater Treatment plant phase 2 upgrade project status and a plan to move forward with the project.
Further, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with Ontario Regulation 52/20, which restricts the size of organized public gatherings, Council will be meeting remotely by video conference. Members of the public wishing to observe the portions of the meetings open to the public may do so by viewing the video conference online or by listening by telephone call-in. Details of the video conference and telephone call-in options will be published with the meeting agenda.
The Special Council meeting agenda will be available online at tay.ca on Monday, April 12, 2021.
