NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS

 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

Please take notice that the Corporation of the Township of Tay will hold a Special Council meeting pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001 on

May 12, 2022

Immediately following the regularly scheduled

Corporate Services Committee Meeting at 10:00 a.m.

to receive a report from the Manager, Planning and Development Services regarding litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board (Ontario Land Tribunal), and

to consider a report from the Chief Administrative Officer regarding a personal matter about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (employee matters), and other matters.

Further, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with Ontario Regulation 52/20, which restricts the size of organized public gatherings, Council will be meeting remotely by video conference. Members of the public wishing to observe the portions of the meetings open to the public may do so by viewing the video conference online or by listening by telephone call-in.
