Tay Township Launches a New Portal for Council and Committee Meeting Information and Documents

In April 2023, Tay Township made the switch to a new user-friendly Portal for Council/Committee agendas, minutes, and reports. Within the new Portal, residents can search documents and subscribe to updates for meetings with just a few clicks.

Tay Township prides itself on being accountable, transparent, and accessible, to better serve all residents within our community. The Portal allows residents to access documents without wait periods and can be downloaded for future review when offline.  

To access the Portal residents can continue to use the same webpage link as before at tay.ca/meetings

Please note, the Portal is not the only method in which residents can access these documents, residents can still request access to reports, agendas, and minutes by contacting the Municipal Office by phone, email, and in person.
