Tay Township lowers flags to mourn the passing of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II

Tay Township has lowered its flags to mourn the passing of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.

Buckingham Palace announced the Queen's death at 1:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon, saying she died peacefully at Balmoral Castle in Scotland. She was 96.
