Tay Township raises Every Child Matters flag

Joining in solidarity with Indigenous communities and municipalities across Ontario, Tay Township has raised the Every Child Matters flag. The flag will be flown until the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on September 30, 2022.

Members of the community are invited to gather outside the Municipal Office on September 30, 2022 at 11:45 a.m. to recognize and commemorate the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation with Council and Staff. Please join us as we come together to recognize the impact of the residential school system, learn more about their lasting legacy, and reflect on how we can move forward, together.
