The Tay Township Seniors Advisory Committee invites you to FREE group pole walking every Tuesday in October from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Walkers will meet at 3:00 p.m. at the Oakwood Community Centre located at 290 Park Street in Victoria Harbour. From there walkers will head over, as a group, to the Tay Shore Trail to begin pole walking. 

Poles will be provided free of charge for all in attendance. No previous pole walking experience is required. All walkers are asked to please dress in appropriate attire. If preferred, walkers can join without the use of poles. This activity is weather-dependent.
