BOIL WATER ADVISORY LIFTED

All users of this drinking water system:  Port McNicoll, Township of Tay (affected streets noted below). 

A warning notice under Ontario’s Drinking - Water Systems Regulation (O.Reg 170/03) was issued on November 28, 2024. The potential problem with the safety of your drinking water has been resolved.

Your drinking water supply is now safe for all uses. Notices are being hand delivered to advise residents in the affected area the Boil Water Advisory has ended.

Warning Notice Potential Problems - Drinking Water

Users of the drinking water system. Streets include:  Earldom, Gloucester, Oriole, Grandview, Warerside, Grove, Grandview Beach Lane, Beach, Yeoger, Limestone, Paradise, Kingfisher, Poplar, Patterson, Silver Birch, Evergreen, Dignard, Woodlands, First, Arpin, Arthur, Keewatin, Second, Algoma, 4th, 5th, and Alberta - PDF showing street names and house numbers.   OCWA has hand-delivered notices to all addresses impacted.

This is a warning notice under Ontario’s Drinking Water Systems Regulation (O. Reg 170/03). A Boil Water Advisory is in effect due to Operational Issues.

Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) Operational Staff are implementing corrective actions as per instructions from the Public Health Unit and following applicable OCWA Standard Operating Procedures.

Please use an alternative source of drinking water or bring water to a rapid rolling boil for at least one minute before use and/or consumption.

This warning is in effect until further notice. Operations staff are delivering Boil Water Advisory notices to the affected users
