Affordable Housing
The County of Simcoe is using a combination of capital and operating programs to address affordable housing supply and demand. In addition to new affordable rental development, the County offers a number of programs to increase affordable housing stock, and ensure housing is affordable for County residents.

Apply for affordable rental units through the Simcoe County Housing Corporation at various locations in Simcoe County, including the seniors building in Victoria Harbour (as available).
The County of Simcoe maintains waitlists for rent-geared-to-income housing owned or delivered by the Simcoe County Housing Corporation, and non-profit or co-operative providers.
